ABOUT US

Meaning ‘workshop’ or ‘studio’, Atelier Brasserie is an establishment focused on every craft within the dining experience - from the culinary creations from the kitchen to the carefully curated wine list, spectacular cocktails and professional service.

Make your event one to remember in the stunning setting of Atelier Brasserie, located on the ever-bustling King Street. We can cater for sit down or cocktail style events and have indoor or outdoor spaces available.

OUR VENUE

Our venue has the flexibility to host sit-down dining or cocktail-style events utilising our indoor and outdoor amenities.

Inside

We can accommodate dining for 28 people in a variety of function layouts including 18 people on one table. 

We can host 50 for a cocktail style event.

Outside

We can accommodate 24 guests for dining in our outdoor alfresco-style area.  This space can also be used for large cocktail party events.

ATELIER STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. FUNCTION & EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS RESERVATION Your booking form and credit card authorisation must be completed to secure your reservation. By providing Atelier Brasserie with your credit card details and personal information, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the following Terms and Conditions and agree to pay all charges, associated costs, and any damages incurred by yourself and/or by your guests whilst on the premises.

  2. BOOKING DETAILS The following information is required seven (7) days prior to the event: number of guests and times, selected menu, dietary requirements, wine and beverage selection, credit card details.

  3. FINAL NUMBERS Final numbers are required 24hrs prior to your event. The number of guests confirmed at this time will be what is charged on the day.

  4. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations within 3 working days of the booking will see 20% of the total food cost charged to the credit card details provided.

  5. FINAL PAYMENT/METHOD OF PAYMENT Full payment is required at the conclusion of the event. In the event that the minimum spend has not been reached, the quoted minimum spend will still be charged. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. If you wish to make payment via direct debit, this must be arranged and made in full prior to the event.

  6. MINIMUM CHARGE The ‘minimum charge’ amount is inclusive of the food and beverages selected to the dollar value quoted.

  7. MENU Our menus have been created using seasonal produce and as such are subject to change without notice due to availability and quality of produce.

  8. TIMES We require an accurate running of your event to ensure the best dining experience is achieved not only for your group but other patrons dining in the restaurant also. Therefore, the allotted times for service will be adhered to from our end. Any variance on this will affect all patrons dining in the restaurant.

  9. CAKAGE If you choose to bring a cake please note the following charges: $3.50 p/p (not plated), $5.00 p/p (plated w/ garnish)

  10. HIRING OF EQUIPMENT/ EXTRA REQUIREMENTS You are responsible for any external hiring of equipment and is to be paid for by you. Prices quoted do not include any floral or table decorations, music or entertainment, photography or audio-visual other than stated. However we can gladly assist in recommending professional providers or at an additional cost arrange these for you.

  11. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES You are expected to conduct the function in a legal and respectable manner and are responsible for the conduct of your guests and invitees. You will be charged for any damage that occurs to the restaurant, the property or its staff.

  12. RESTAURANT RIGHTS We reserve the right to remove from the premises any person behaving in an irresponsible manner. We assume no responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the client or their guests. No food or beverage is permitted into the premises unless prior permission has been obtained.
