Something exciting is brewing at Atelier Brasserie. A special one-off collaboration born on King St between our very own Head Chef Dallas and Italian Gelato Maestro Matteo of La Macelleria! Dallas and Matteo have closely collaborated to develop this menu which combines elements of Dallas’ classically trained background and flair for European dishes with Matteo’s artisanal gelato experience. Dallas’ passion for quality produce and layered flavours shines through with this crafted menu infusing Matteo’s bespoke gelato created exclusively for this special dinner event. The resulting 5 course degustation menu is a playful exploration of flavours, textures and temperatures to delight your taste buds and challenge your senses. Think dishes that will challenge your concept of gelato with surprising uses in sweet and savoury applications.

Join us for a unique culinary experience spanning 5 courses that will be held at Atelier Brasserie on Wednesday 4th of September 2019 at 6:30pm.

Beef tartare, mustard gelato, pickled beetroot

Cone Bay barramundi, fennel sorbet, celery, potato

Lemon & thyme sorbet

Blueberry and polenta cake, chocolate and rosemary gelato
